Return Policy 

We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct typographical errors.

Pond Kit Shop may not be held liable for customer misuse.  Sorry, we cannot take returns on plant materials.

To return or exchange merchandise, email, fax, or write to us within 30 days for authorization . No returns or exchanges can be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Pond Kit Shop. Please include the following information in your correspondence to obtain the RMA:

• First name, last name, shipping address, email address, order number
• List the items you wish to return and the reason you want to make the return.
• If returning defective or damaged merchandise, please describe its condition.
• State if you would like to get a refund credit or replace/exchange with like item(s). List the items you would like in exchange for your return.
• If there is a price difference between the returned item(s) and the exchanged item(s), please include the credit card information to charge for the difference. Include your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express number (all 16 digits) and expiration date (fax ONLY).
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value with no restocking charge.

When returning merchandise, please remember:

• Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning. You will need to write this number on the return address label and the outside surface of the packaging.
• Use the return address provided by Pond Kit Shop.
• For merchandise damaged in transit, call the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.  Pond Kit Shop assumes no liability for goods damaged in transit.
• Use the original packaging to ship items.
• Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused (saleable) or defective to be returned.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (excluding defective items). 
• C.O.D. returns are not accepted.

Payment, Security & Shipping

All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, back orders do occur; these items will be shipped as they become available. 

We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause a delay of up to ten (10) business days. There is a $35 service charge for all returned checks.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Online order security is important to us. Shopping at PondKitShop.com is safe and secure. However, you can fax your credit card information, for online orders, if you feel uncomfortable providing personal information online. You can mail a check or money order, denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank, with your order, if you do not want to use or do not have a credit card. Checks will be deposited upon receipt. Sorry, C.O.D. orders are not offered.
